Project Completion — Dulwich | Home Extension & Garden Landscaping

We are pleased to share the completion of a recent project in Dulwich, where we delivered a full home extension alongside a comprehensive garden landscaping scheme designed to complement the new build seamlessly.

The landscaping works included:

— Large-format porcelain patio with clean, contemporary jointing
— Tumbled travertine block edging and border detailing
— Feature stepping stone pathway set within white decorative gravel
— Premium turf installation with prepared soil base
— Full perimeter timber fence panelling
— Cleared and conditioned planting borders

Bromley Project – Rear Elevation

Rear elevation full refurbishment and extension project in Bromley, completed by Excel Construction.

The works included a complete house refurbishment, a ground floor rear extension, and a second-floor side extension, transforming the property both structurally and visually.

This view shows the installation of the bifolding doors and the air source heat pump system, improving natural light, efficiency, and the overall functionality of the home.

During construction we identified several structural challenges, including adjustments to structural steel, additional beams, and improving ceiling heights in key areas such as the bathroom and bedroom.

With over 20 years of construction and development experience, I don’t just build what’s on drawings — I focus on solving problems on site and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest structural and construction standards.
