Our recent visit to a pub in Somerset - they were having a lot of issues with waste and bad tasting beer. They were doing a line clean weekly but it was still happening. The brewery wanted them to close for 7 days so they could blitz the system - not an option in this current climate.

Unfortunately the pub and cellar had been neglected by numerous previous tenants and their regular line clean just wasn’t touching the surface.
