💙 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM TLC 💙

We completely understand that illness happens, to our clients and their families too.

If you or someone in your household is unwell, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally before your cleaner is due to arrive.

Where we can, we will always do our best to reschedule your clean for another suitable date.

However, please remember that our cleaners have allocated time specifically for your booking. If a clean is cancelled at very short notice and we are unable to fill the space, the clean may still be chargeable in line with our Terms & Conditions.

This isn't about being difficult, it's about making sure our cleaners aren't left out of pocket when they have turned up ready to work.

Thank you for understanding and for giving us as much notice as possible 🩵

Today we’re giving a little recognition to someone who has been part of The Luxury Cleaning Co. for an entire year! 🥂✨

One whole year working alongside me, and what a year it’s been!

I honestly couldn’t let the milestone pass without giving you a little shout-out. You’ve become such a valued part of the TLC team, and I’m so grateful for all the hard work, laughs, chats and everything in between.

Running a cleaning business is so much more than just cleaning houses, and having the right people alongside you makes such a difference.

So here’s to one year down… and hopefully many more to come!

💙 A little reminder about payments 💙

Just a quick reminder to all of our lovely TLC clients regarding our payment terms.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, payment is due on the same day your clean is carried out, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed with us in advance.

For our regular clients, we also offer the option of setting up a standing order, which can make payments one less thing to think about each week, fortnight or month. You can also pay in advance for the month ahead which most of our clients prefer to do 🫧

We completely understand that life gets busy, so if you would like to arrange a standing order or discuss an alternative payment arrangement, please just get in touch with us.

We started with an initial deep clean, giving the home a full TLC reset and getting everything fresh, clean and ready for its new monthly maintenance routine. ✨

Now that the initial clean is complete, we’ll be back each month to keep everything looking and feeling its best, because keeping on top of a home is so much easier when you have a little help along the way! 🧼✨

I know, I know… you’ve only just survived the summer holidays, got the kids back to school and maybe finally found some peace and quiet… and here we are mentioning Christmas! 🤣🎅

But honestly, December gets booked up FAST, so if you’re thinking about having your home sparkling before the big day, now is the time to get organised.

Our Christmas Cleans will be running from Saturday 19th December – Wednesday 23rd December and spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis.

People often see the finished photos of a builders or renovation clean, but they don't always see what goes into getting that final result.

Every newly fitted window is carefully detailed. We gently brush away the fine building dust from the frames, remove pencil marks left during installation, and carefully scrape away paint and other building residue—taking the time to leave everything looking as though the work has just been completed.

This kitchen and bathroom got the full TLC deep clean treatment, leaving every surface sparkling and ready for a fresh start. There's something so satisfying about knowing the new owners can unpack without wondering what the last owners left behind! 😍

It just so happened that Shine On Cleaning Solutions were there at the same time working their magic on the carpets. It was lovely meeting such a friendly, professional local business, and we couldn't resist giving them a little shout-out. If you're looking to have your carpets cleaned, we'd happily recommend them! 👏
