The difference between good and bad results with AI usually isn’t the model.

It’s the context.

Large language models don’t “understand” your project. They respond to what you give them. Every message resends the entire conversation history. No memory. No persistent awareness beyond what’s in scope.

Vague in, vague out. Precise in, precise out.

Once your context window fills up, reasoning space shrinks. Output quality drops. Past a certain point, you’re fighting noise you created yourself.

Most people blame the tool.
