Start to finish in a lower based room in a cottage in a historical village . The stonework was exposed due to a continuous leak the customer had for a while . The stone was let to dry out with industrial dehumidifiers.
A waterproof tanking system was applied before a 2 coat waterproof render system which was also applied for double protection .
Was finished off to polished finish for the customer who was really satisfied in the end result.

We take on any project big or small … This was a repair job done locally for a resident in my village … parts of his render had blown away from the brick work . To save costs and to protect his intetnal structures we isolated the affected areas and made them weather proof and water tight to protect the harsh winters incoming … so please don’t hesitate how big or small you may think a job is …. Next incoming project ongoing . Damproofing a lower ground cellar, on an old cottage in a historical village . A damproofing sand and lime render will be applied and plastered to a perfect finish . Also the ceiling to reboard after the customer had a leak for years from a toilet above .
All the natural stone has been exposed from the existing render which was holding the water in and the stone has been drying out with industrial dehumidifiers for a couple of weeks . All necessary before this stage is started .
