Baxi 830 supplied & fitted yesterday with a full system power flush.
Just look at the state of what came out of this system! 👇
This is why we ALWAYS recommend a proper power flush when fitting a new boiler. That black sludge is magnetite - it kills pumps, blocks heat exchangers, and makes your radiators cold at the bottom. The customer was shocked when we showed them the filter

Full conversion done this week 🔥
Gravity system + hot water tank out, Baxi 830 Combi with 10 year warranty in.
Gas pipe upgraded, system mains flushed, MagnaClean, CP4D stat & condensate pump all fitted.

Just finished a 7 day working week. It's been non-stop - emergency callouts, boiler services, repairs, and a few new installs.
Our rule is simple: we try hard not to let people go without heating or hot water. If we can get to you, we will.

✅ oil tank fully removed
✅ Converted to a new Baxi 830 System Boiler with 2 separate zones
With a 10 years warranty
✅ Hive Smart Thermostat fitted for full control from your phone
✅ Full system Powerflush - took over 2 days to get this system spotless! The difference was night and day.
Another efficient, clean system ready for winter
