We’re pleased to share Darren Poulton, Project Manager, has completed a Mental Health First Aid course with MHFA England® and is now a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

The two-day course provided Darren with the knowledge and skills to recognise signs of poor mental health, confidently start conversations and signpost colleagues towards appropriate support when needed.

At Decimo Project Engineering Ltd, we believe Mental health is an important part of creating a positive and supportive workplace, and having trained Mental Health First Aiders within our team is another step towards ensuring our people feel able to access support when they need it.
