🌟 Work Experience Spotlight 🌟
We had the pleasure of welcoming two fantastic individuals, Ethan and Elliot, for their work experience placement with us this week - and what a week they've had!
Joining us from Darwen Aldridge Community Academy, they spent time immersing themselves in different areas of the business, gaining hands-on insights into the working world of our industry.
They had the opportunity to shadow our engineering along with our metallics/treatments teams, where they observed our day-to-day operations and learned the processes we have in our business.
Throughout the week, they:
✅ Demonstrated curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
✅ Engaged with our team members and asked thoughtful questions
✅ Showed professionalism and enthusiasm from day one
A huge well done to them both!
We are proud to support the next generation of talent and provide meaningful experiences that inspire future careers - hopefully an experience they will never forget.
