A bit of block laying at our Church Brampton project! 🧱

We’re actually a lot further down the line with this build now, but things have been so busy recently that I’ve definitely fallen behind with sharing the progress!

So here’s a little look back at the blockwork going up and the house really starting to take shape.

The Paulerspury project is moving at a great pace! 🏡

What was once a tired, dilapidated bungalow is now well on its way to becoming something special. The demolition is complete, the foundations are in, the drainage has been installed, and we’re now laying the brickwork while the block and beam floor goes in.

One thing we’re always proud of is how we keep our sites. A clean, organised site isn’t just about looking good—it reflects the standards we work to every single day. We believe attention to detail starts long before the finishing touches.

It’s exciting to see this project taking shape, and we can’t wait to show you what comes next.

There’s something about seeing the first floor go in that completely changes a project. 🏗️

This week we installed the hollow core concrete first floor planks, and it’s amazing how much the house has come to life. You can finally start to appreciate the scale of the property and even picture what the views from the upstairs bedrooms are going to look like.

A huge credit to the team once again. Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment are keeping this project moving forward at an incredible pace, and the results are speaking for themselves.

We’re excited to keep sharing the journey as this luxury home continues to take shape.

🔥 Church Brampton Progress Update 🔥

Another step closer to bringing this incredible home to life.

The Northamptonshire ironstone is looking better with every lift, and now we’re starting to see the handmade bricks on the garage coming through. The combination of these two materials is going to make this one really special.

Despite the recent heat, the team have kept pushing on and the progress they’ve made has been outstanding. Days like these aren’t easy, but everyone has dug in and continued to deliver the quality we’re known for.

We’re building this home one brick and one stone at a time, with no shortcuts—because quality will always come before speed.

The building game definitely isn’t easy.

Some days it’s 30°C and you’re melting. Other days it’s freezing cold, pouring with rain, or the wind’s trying to blow you off the scaffold.

It’s long days, early starts, constant problem-solving, and plenty of pressure.

But despite all of that… I genuinely wouldn’t change it for the world.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking raw materials and turning them into someone’s dream home. Seeing a project grow from the ground up never gets old, and I still enjoy being out on the tools as much as I ever have.

Not every day is easy, but I can honestly say I love what I do.

Would I recommend the building trade? Absolutely. 💪🧱

I spy with my little eye… a bungalow that needs a little upgrade 👀

Here’s a drone shot of our newest project — and as you can see, this one has definitely seen better days.

We’ll be taking this dilapidated bungalow down and replacing it with a brand new dwelling, giving the plot the fresh start it deserves.

I’ve got a reel coming soon where I’ll explain a bit more about the project, what’s planned, and what we’ll be building here, so keep an eye out for that.

This one is going to be a great transformation to follow.

You may have seen a few of our hoardings popping up around Northamptonshire recently 👀

People ask why we bother putting so much effort into them, but for me it’s simple — it’s not just about security.

It’s about showing that we don’t overlook any part of a project.

From the hoarding at the front to the final finish inside, every detail matters.

And I always think this is an exciting stage, when the build starts growing behind the hoarding and you can just start to see what’s coming.

When our seal is on the door, you know something special is happening behind it.
