Two radiators hanging off the wall causing a slight leak on the system. Heating drained down radiators removed walls made good and radiators re hung with appropriate fixings. 🔧

Called to this chewed up pan connector caused by rats coming in though sewer line. Rat barrier installed and new pan connector fitted 👌🏻no more 🐀🐀🐀 👌🏻
