BREEAM Version 7, is launching 30 September 2025, it sets new standards for building performance, aligned with global decarbonisation efforts. The comprehensive overhaul has adopted new minimum standards for achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and ‘Outstanding’ ratings, with an emphasis on operational & embodied carbon reduction and wellbeing.

To celebrate we’re sharing the journeys of Hannan team members George and Brad. George is currently studying for his BEng Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Central Lancashire and Brad completed his apprenticeship two years ago. The progress they have both made, working whilst studying, demonstrates the important role apprenticeships play in developing talent within the construction industry.
