He really was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to have in our home. The standard of his work was excellent, he was unbelievably meticulous, very professional and he did an amazing job. I was also impressed with the workmanship of your employee (didn't catch his name), and particularly by his daily efforts to clean up! He made 3 days of unavoidable disruption in such a small cottage as bearable as possible, and even coped with an enthusiastic greeting from my dog every morning with good grace.
