The manufacturing method for your gaskets can change dependant on quantities (and in some cases - materials).

A larger quantity may require tooling to keep the pricing at it's most economical - below are a handful of tools we use out of thousands. We have many tools much more complex than these, so your requirements my not be as challenging as you'd think.

We carry very large stocks of materials and we are constantly adding to this as new materials become available and in accordance with customer requirements.

We convert this material using a range of presses and slitting machines or, in the case of small quantities, prototypes, etc. by our skilled hand cutting department. Die cutting tools are made very quickly allowing us to submit a sample for your approval prior to bulk production.

We also offer mouldings, extrusions, o-rings, stable matting and general matting in various patterns, U channels, square channels, P section and O-ring cord in both solid and sponge rubber.

We have previously mentioned stable mats and how they've been used in gym settings but what about for their first purpose, stables?

At 6ft x 4ft, and 17mm thick, this matting provides a cushioned flooring for the animals, and helps keep the coldness of the concrete floor away.
Weighing approximately 40kg each, these mats should not move around much once they're down.

The circular studded bottom allows drainage in all directions, and the decorative pebble top provides better grip in wet conditions!
