We have just shipped the last batch of a total of 34 of custom built stillages to our customer who specialise in manufacturing construction and mining equipment.

These "Fender Stillages" are fully fabricated in house, utilising the following in-house processes:

- CAD
- Sheet Laser cutting
- Tube Laser cutting
- Waterjet cutting
- 3D printing & PU casting
- Fabrication & Welding
- Powder coating
- Load testing

🚛 We have just delivered this set of 10 large stacking low profile lock-box stillages to our major defense contractor customer.

Designed to safely store and transport heavy flat panels.

Featuring an enclosed box inside a steel frame, with a lockable sliding lid, and lined with tough anti-scratch material. Designed to be moved by forklift, they also have lifting eyes on each corner that can be used for both lifting or strapping down during transportation.
Powder coated in house in RAL 5017 semi-gloss blue.

It's Warwick again!
Here today to show you around this set of EV Battery lifter trolleys that we have designed and built for our automotive manufacturer customer over in the West Midlands.

Designed to allow large EV Battery packs to be moved around the factory, then positioned in place and raised up into place under a vehicle.

With a Safe Working Limit of 1500KG, heavy duty 3-phase scissor lift to raise the platform - itself featuring spring loaded locating blocks and polyurethane coated protection pads.

We had a great day last Thursday at RAF Syerston for the RAF Air Cadets' National Air & Space Camp 2026 on Industry Day, with over 90 other Industry partners to inspire the next generation of engineers with the Red Arrows overhead!

Our Trestle Challenge went down really well with the cadets as always, this year we had a new record build time of 1:10 by Thomas and Ruaraidh (although the 2025 solo build time of 1:15 by CDT Maisie still stands)

Bruce, our Defence lead was on hand all day to engage with the cadets and discuss career opportunities & apprenticeships in engineering.

The day culminated with an impressive display by the RAF Chinook Role Demo team, showing the crowd a double quad-bike drop and the capabilities of the aging but still awe-inspiring Boeing Chinook.

🍔 The Acres Summer Texas BBQ🔥A chance to say thankyou to all of our staff for their hard work and dedication - We love any excuse to fire up the Acres Mega BBQ!

☀️Bathed in the summer sun on Saturday, we invited all of our staff and families to enjoy games, a few drinks and a burger, We also had a selection of beers on tap from one of our customers, local brewery Tollgate Brewery which went down very well! 🍻

A massive thankyou to the management team for bringing this together, and once again an ENORMOUS thankyou to the everyone - shop floor, office, finance, management, design & sales.

🔧 Warwick's back to show us around this pair of heavy duty tool boxes that we have just finished building for our customer.

Featuring castors for easy manual handling, as well as forklift pockets and lifting eyes for moving and securing in transit 🚛

The door is accessed with an RFID card controlled lock, once inside they feature multiple load tested drawers on locking sliders.
