Exciting project milestone in Etwall!

We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of new science laboratories for John Port School.

The scheme features a high-quality internal fit out designed to inspire learning and innovation, perfectly complemented by a striking zinc-clad exterior.

📣 Project Update from LGS Stoneygate! 🏗️🏫

We’re making great progress on the brand-new Sports England standard sports hall at LGS Stoneygate!

✅ Roofing works now completed
✅ External structural framing is up
✅ Rainscreen cladding has started
✅ Civil works and internal fit out well underway

This will be a brilliant facility for the school and an amazing space for the children to enjoy once complete. Big thanks to our site team and everyone involved for keeping things moving forward! 💪

🎉 Project Complete – St Clare’s School, Mickleover! 🏫

We’re proud to announce the completion of a fantastic new two-storey SEND education facility at St Clare’s School in Mickleover.

✅ Completed in just 9 months
✅ Delivered on time and on budget
✅ Now fully in use and being enjoyed by pupils and staff

This purpose-built space provides a calm, inclusive environment designed specifically for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It features modern classrooms, therapy spaces, and accessible facilities – all tailored to support learning and wellbeing.

**Exciting Progress at LGS Stoneygate School! 🎉**

We’re thrilled to share a glimpse into the construction of the new Sports England Sports Hall at LGS Stoneygate School in Leicester, a project by Bailey Construction. Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the school’s children to the site for an educational tour of our plant and machinery. 🚧👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Our future builders were full of curiosity and enthusiasm, getting a firsthand look at how their new sports hall is taking shape. With construction well underway, we’re proud to be “Building the Future” for these young minds, providing them a facility where they can learn, play, and grow. 🏗️🏆

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this project possible, and to the students for their keen interest and energy. We can’t wait to see them enjoying their new space soon!

This building will provide new and amazing facilities for the children and staff at St Clare’s.

Great video showing the development of the Joules Clothing HQ in Market Harborough.

This project was delivered and went onto become the Winner of the Regional BCO in 2022.

The judge for the BCO awards went onto say:

“Today’s winner symbolises a landmark in purpose-built offices. It creates a strong sense of place; it embeds the brand’s values and vision across the design; it encourages connections between different teams; it’s a visually exciting and stimulating environment for all who work there. Best of all, it leaves behind sterile working places of the past and heralds a new era in flexible working with technology and wellbeing factors built in. An absolute show-stopper!

Great to see this building rise up within 11 weeks of being onsite for St Clare's School in Mickleover.

New two storey classroom block to handover to the school and then a full refurbishment on the existing.

03/10/2024

Upper concrete composite floors being installed and poured at our scheme at St Clare's School. It was a late one.

A composite floor is a structural upper floor which uses steel decking which is reinforced and welded via shear studs to the steelwork. It is then concreted and power floated.

It also provides fire proof seperation between floor compartments.
