Admin Assistant-Part time
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative activities. This role is to ensure the smooth running of our operations, and we are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and managing purchase invoices.
* Resolving invoice queries efficiently.
* Handling payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
* Creating and managing purchase orders.
* General administrative support as required.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Due to our rural location, own transport is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
* Flexible working hours, typically from 8:30 am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (can accommodate school hours).
* Up to 30 hours per week.
Salary:
* Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications.
