🚨 EMERGENCY CALLOUT – FEED CONVEYOR FAILURE 🚨

Our customer contacted us after their main feed conveyor broke down, bringing the entire plant to a standstill. With the conveyor feeding the whole operation, getting it back up and running was critical.

🔧 On inspection, we identified a failed head drum that required replacement.

New head drum manufactured and vulcanised on an accelerated turnaround and craned into place alongside the installation of a new motor / gearbox.

✅ Head drum manufactured & installed
✅ New motor / gearbox fitted
✅ Plant fully operational again

From breakdown to back in production with minimal downtime. Thanks to for the lift ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Machine Strip Down

Our customer required this machine to be fully stripped down, with specific components carefully removed, packed and shipped to another plant.

The remaining parts were dismantled and prepared for scrap.

Another job successfully completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule — keeping our customer’s project on track and ahead of plan.

Roof sealed for our good friends GB Detailing and we even had a guest appearance from the missus working with me today 😊

Liquid Roof was used which creates a solid waterproof membrane covering the entire surface area without any seams.
