Day two on our extension project in Goring-by-Sea.

Despite the terrible weather conditions, we’ve made great progress on site. Three grab lorry loads of muck have been removed, the soakaway is in, an area of the garden has been reduced, and the foundations have been dug and concreted.

A tough day in the mud and rain, but another big step forward for this project.

Great progress on this extension in Findon Valley.

The roof has now been constructed, including the installation of a massive ridge beam. We’ve cut and pitched the roof to suit the new roof covering and the design of the extension, tying everything in properly for a strong, clean finish.

Another important stage complete and the build is really starting to take shape.

Foundations are in, drains have been moved, the soakaway has been installed, concrete poured, and the blockwork is now up to DPC level.

Manhole replacement and removal completed to make way for a new house extension.

This drainage work was carried out in line with Southern Water regulations and has now been inspected and passed by the Clerk of Works, allowing us to move forward with the next stage of the house extension.

A lovely transformation here for Diana in Goring, West Sussex 👀
