Experience and skills

Preferred candidate to have 4-5+ years expierience, minimum requirement 2 years experience

Experience in housing and apartment projects

Responsibilities

Tendering and appointment of subcontract packages

Management of subcontract packages

Preparing take-offs

Assisting with estimating for future projects

Assistance with cost budgets
