Mild steel Metal Fabricator and Welder required

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience metal work and need to have MIG welding experience.
This role involves working with various mild steel materials and
Knowledge in material and sizes required for fabrication assembling and constructing products.

Responsibilities
· Fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
· Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks.
· Conduct welding processes to assemble parts and structures.
· Measure and cut materials using basic math skills to ensure accuracy.
· Assemble fabricated parts into final products, ensuring quality standards are met.
· Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
· Proven experience in metal fabrication
· Proficiency in welding skills are essential.
· The ability to read technical drawings accurately.
· Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication processes.
· Basic maths skills for precise measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
· Good timekeeping.
· Working hours Mon-Thurs 8-5am – 5.30pm
