An 11 car garage we done in 4 days for an apartment building along the seafront in Cultra. As you can see this garage is set back into the hill and will be partly under ground when finished which made ICF a perfect solution for the job. Its structural strength, high insulation value and it’s easily waterproofed. We will be building the apartments in ICF as well so we will keep posting more pictures and updates as we go. Thanks again to T&A pumping,CBS and AS Ballantine for the great service as usual

We have been extremely busy these last few months with ICF builds and as ICF the fastest growing build type in the country, we have decided to rebrand as Thermal Shell Construction.
