Since Clive and Jan started the business, technology has changed beyond recognition - but our approach has remained much the same: understand the problem, find the right solution and look after our customers along the way.

When does electronic equipment actually become obsolete?

Surprisingly, it’s not necessarily because it's old or that it's stopped working.

Obsolescence can happen when just one critical component is discontinued, manufacturer support ends, or replacement parts become difficult to source.

And that's when a perfectly good system can suddenly become a business risk.
