Both Sophie and I really appreciate comments like this, thank you Rebecca.
What can I say but the highest praise for Sophie and her dad Paul, in sorting out a complete mess from previous ‘fixes’. Not only did they do a sterling job, they worked around my current medical situation with empathy, thoughtfulness and kindness. Well apart from the odd bit of lighthearted banter, which was gratefully received in my current situation 🤣.
I will not go anywhere else from now on as it has been a painful and costly experience, but Sophie and Paul have put everything right that was wrong, thank you again.

Lovely recommendation from a customer.

I almost never give unsolicited recommendations, but these guys deserve huge thanks and the highest of praise.

My geriatric boiler finally wheezed to death on the last day of 2021. I contacted Paul and Sophie Dye and they couldn’t have been more helpful. After some thought they recommended completely stripping out the old system boiler, immersion tank and assorted pipework and replacing with a new combi. They were back as soon as possible, and had the lot done in just over a day. When you consider the sheer amount of work that involved it’s pretty impressive.

Paul and Sophie worked well above and beyond the call of duty, and soon had us luxuriating in roasting radiators and piping hot water. Seriously, they’re like heating engineer ninjas - and are such a laugh, too. I still don’t know how they managed to wrestle the old immersion tank out - it weighed as much as a VW Beetle…..

In a world where there are so many firms that are either unreliable or simply don’t show at all, Paul and Sophie should be very proud of their work ethic. I don’t really want to recommend them too much in case they get too busy for me! But keep their number handy in case you ever get any problems.
