When production is critical, downtime isn’t an option.
Our customer ordered an OEM rod while keeping the machine running. The part was imported from Japan – the only one available worldwide.
Unfortunately, when it arrived it turned out to be the wrong length due to the machine being demolition spec.
We stepped in immediately.
✔ Manufactured a new rod in OEM-spec material
✔ Identified and replaced a cracked gland with a new OEM unit
✔ Had the machine back up and running within 2 days
Due to the urgency, the full ram wasn’t painted — getting the customer operational was the priority

🚧 Press Tube Replacement & Upgrade Completed 🚧
A customer reported a crack in their press tube – not a job to ignore.
We manufactured a brand-new tube from scratch in-house. Due to how the press was originally built, the old tube had to be machined off, the new tube welded in place, and then fully honed to spec.
While we had it apart, we upgraded the wall thickness for extra strength and modified the gland arrangement to improve longevity and reliability.
Repairing is one thing — improving it for the future is what we aim for.
