This was a 2 part job
Part 1 changing the internal pitch to a vaulted roof with 2 window openers .
Fully insulated ceiling with down lights .
Part 2 full kitchen, living room and utility renovation
All sorts going on in this project ..

This was a couple of weeks ago, helping another builder rob cassidy
Some steal works and removal of some load bearing walls. Followed by a full week of boarding and plastering.
All ready now for utility and kitchen installation

Sorry, In January I never had the chance to post any pictures of my work from last year....
So, I'm just trying to take the time now to post a few of my most recent work projects to remind my old customers I'm still about and to let new customers know what I'm about😉
Today's post; The last external project of 2024, completed in November.
The existing soil & waste pipes had breached and failed due to tree roots.
●The original clay pipes were located and replaced with plastic pipes into a new inspection chamber.
●Large patio are approx 75m natural Indian stone in a buff colour to blend in with the house colour
●Electrics and water supplies put in stitu for future planned outside kitchen.
●Project completed with some sleeper plant beds .
