This is a garden project we’ve done this week big change and the end result is 👌🏼
Storm anthracite porcelain and a lighter grey edging round the turf to break it up with a sleeper planter. Simple but effective ⚒️

Strip and retile we’ve done this week with grey double romans, dry ridge, dry verge, breathable felt and new fascia’s, soffits and guttering too also pointed the gable end as the cement was worn away with the weather getting to it. We had to take the solar panels off and refit to do the work the customer was super happy with clean and efficient installation 🔨🪚⛏️

Another one we’ve done for footprint builders. Not your usual roof with the odd shape and the spa length been 1200mm longer at one end than the other so we had to break it up into three put bonding gutters in and fan the guage for the battens so we didn’t have any cut courses but over all it looks pretty cool and there well happy with the out come.

ALL WE WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS A NEW ROOF 🏠
A recent new roof we completed in 2 days. slates off replacing with sandtoft calderdales and a dry fix maintenance free ridge system, the old roof was leaking in all over the place beyond repair the customer had not had the house long but we managed to squeeze it in before Christmas

Another little conservatory roof we have taken off and installed an insulated warm roof what will make the room more usable all year round plus a roof window to give more light and a modern look from the inside

This is one of our recent jobs. Turning a conservatory into a useable living space we took the old roof off because it’s to hot in summer and too cold in winter. We used I joists for maximum strength over the 6.2meter span with kingspan between covered by 18mm osb and epdm rubber for maximum protection what comes with a 20 year guarantee. Also fitted two roof lights to keep it nice and bright in side. What a transformation in such a short space of time and a very happy customer 👌🏼

On this job we had to cut the rotten spar feet back and replace with new timbers because water was getting behind the previous plastic fascia’s and rotting the wood work from inside out with out any visible sightings
