Forgot to take a before but this job started as a woodframe full windows around. We ripped out and build the stone work, then a nice flat rubber roof with lantern in the middle.
Fully plastered out and knocked through to open up the front room with the new snug.

We had to prop through the floor to hold the upstairs wall to get the rsj into the ceiling so it was hidden.
