An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established Company based in Tickhill, Doncaster.
The Company:
We are a successful Civil Engineering and Groundworks Contractor. We work in the New Build Sector constructing roads, sewers and plots to DPC level, along with infrastructure and rail works on a national basis.
We are currently expanding and looking to recruit a keen, motivated and hardworking individual for the position of Senior Estimator within the business.
The ideal candidate should currently operate at a senior level in a similar role, and have experience with one or all of the following sectors:
· Civils.
· Rail and Infrastructure.
· New Build Speculative Housing.
· Highways.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Working on Civil Engineering, New Build, Highway Schemes and Railway Projects.
· Co-ordinate with the Contracts Team.
· Take off and pricing of roads, sewers, infrastructure, rail and plot works.
· Build up and costing of component rates.
· Pricing post contract variations.
· Negotiation and agreement of contracts with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
· At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
· Negotiating skills.
· Ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
Package:
· Full time position based in Tickhill, Doncaster.
· Salary dependent upon experience from £65,000.00 plus benefits.
· Profit related bonus scheme.
· Fully expensed Company vehicle.
