Just got home to a parcel from a customer !
We’ve been building an extension on their amazing house on new Poundbury, just finished in time for Christmas
Lovely couple as you can say clearly loved our banter and having us around ! 😂

So with new guidelines in place, we feel ready to go back to work.

We are excited.
We had a busy year ahead of us and this still stands.
keeping in contact with all our future projects , albeit 2 months behind, but we raring to go and we know they are looking forward to us starting to!

We are delighted to say our workshop clear out has raised an amazing £600 for Weldmar hospice.
A big thank you to everyone who has purchased from us!

We here at S&R Downton we have been monitoring the situation over the weekend.

We pride ourselves on being a local family business , so with those 2 important words in mind we will be closing our work van doors and putting our tools away by the end of this week.
We have vulnerable family members and they are our priority.

We will be finishing a big extension (how well timed!) this week , and a few very small projects, so until further notice that’s it.

We will still be on the end of the phone and email , so please stay in contact !

So looking forward , we have a full exciting year ahead once, this testing time passes , and we will be starting all agreed extensions and building works once we can!

So for now stay safe ,stay sane and look after each other

The brand new edition to s and r downton our new Jcb micro digger specially used for narrow access jobs like this extension it now has 10 hrs on the clock and we’re very impressed with it 😊 so we can now take on more jobs like this one instead or hiring in machinery
