It was an absolute pleasure working with RAD Propulsion on this project! Their RAD40 electric outboards were always one of the best on the market, but now it is also one of the few that can be purchased with a stainless steel Prop Deflector. If you or your organization is looking for a new outboard for your work or safety boat, the RAD40 is definitely the one to consider.

We had a fantastic show at Seawork 2025. I'd like to thank to the whole team at BH Fabrications for all their dedicated, hard work to making this event a success! From a tailored solution to a standard product...
A local commercial vessel hire company requested stainless-steel Prop Deflectors for their SUZUKI 325 Dual Propeller outboard engines. With some alteration to our PD16 design we were able to provide rapid solution to a customer that are well known for their versatile and professional approach to delivering high quality services to their clients on time. The project that started off by supporting a local company to deliver a tailored solution to a tight deadline resulted with another fantastic product that we are now able to offer to all our customers worldwide. Supporting local sailing club

At the RYA Dinghy and Watersports Show, we had the pleasure of meeting Adrian from Mudeford Sailing Club and listening to his concerns with their members safety. Adrian also explained that their safety boat is not only used for general club purposes, but to support other events where people have no training or experience with being recovered/rescued from the water, and after “losing” their plastic prop guard, they needed a more viable solution. He really liked our products on display and after a positive discussion it was no surprise when he showed up at our workshop with Topcat (the club’s safety boat). Once we removed the remaining brackets of the plastic prop guard with some modification to the stainless-steel Prop Deflector, we were able to utilise the existing holes on the cavitation plate to fit a much better product that will protect the gearcase and propeller for many years to come.

Thanks to the “Show Discount” Adrian was able to purchase a midrange product for the price of a budget prop deflector and to show our gratitude and support to a local club, we did the mods and fitting for free. If your prop guard has failed and you are concerned about damaging the cavitation plate or skeg by drilling additional holes to fit an alternative product, please contact us at [email protected] and our helpful team will provide you with free advice.

Thank you all who visited our stand at . It was great to see so many club members showing interest and complimenting on our new generation Prop Deflectors .
