Due to continued growth and the successful award of new contracts across the South and Southwest, SCTM is seeking dedicated and professional Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate
✅ A strong commitment to health and safety
✅ Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs when required
✅ A professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
✅ A full UK manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
✅ M1/2 essential, M5 preferred
