Demi Beneke appointed Director.

Demi has been with the company for 9 years and has been at the forefront of some of the company’s technical development throughout that time.

Demi has shown dedication to her role as an SAP assessor, facing the challenges of the ever-changing ways we move forward with the Building Regulations, Planning requirements, compliances and bespoke requests from our ever-growing client base.

Demi has always shown a willingness to learn new skills to improve not just her own continued professional development but the improvement of other staff members in their training. She has the skills to make decisions best for the company and staff, she has shown the ability to be able to take control of the office and provide invaluable support to the other Directors when required.

Appointing company directors is a crucial aspect of our structure, helping to ensure effective leadership and decision-making within our organisation. Directors provide strategic guidance, oversee operations, and protect the interests of shareholders and stakeholders.

The Board of Directors have unanimously made the decision to appoint Demi Beneke as a Director of Thermal and Acoustics Solution LTD.

Daniel Maher joins the team as a SAP Assistant.

Thermal & Acoustics Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce a new member of staff, Daniel Maher. He has joined the team as a SAP Assistant.

Daniel is 21 years old And comes from a long-established family in the building industry, Both his father and grandfather have had long careers in the world of construction.

Daniel has studied in college and achieved diplomas in art and media and most recently studied computer science and achieved what is the equivalent of three A-Levels.

Daniel grew up by the sea where he spends his free time at the beach, walking his dog Marley, or in the local forests riding his bike. He is also passionate about skiing.

Shaun De La Rue, Managing Director of Thermal Acoustics Solutions commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Daniel to the team. Due to our continued growth and the new emerging and recent changes in regulations, it is important we continue to drive forward and grow our team allowing our more senior staff more time to support our growing and existing client base in the move towards the countries net Zero targets and future homes standards."
