Insight Aviation Group Ltd are an established Aircraft Maintenance company based in Bournemouth, UK. The company is approved by the UK CAA, under Part CAO to perform maintenance, repair and modifications on aircraft upto 5,700kg. We have a diverse client base and regularly work on aircraft with both piston and turbine engines. In addition we are an approved Garmin Avionics dealer performing many installations of new avionics equipment each year to General Aviation aircraft.

We are looking for new team members in 2026 with immediate starts for the right persons.

If you have the following skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you:

-Experienced Aircraft Engineers/Mechanics (Non-Licenced)

-UK Part 66 Licenced Engineers (B1 and/or B3)

-Experienced Avionics Technicians, (must have experience in Installations and Modifications).

Applicants for the above posts must have the right to live and work in the UK. A current HF Training Certificate is preferred but not essential.

Applicants for a PT66 Licence position must be able to demonstrate 6 months currency within the last 2 years.

In return we offer competitive salaries, overtime, company pension scheme, a modern, clean/warm working environment at our own hangar at Bournemouth Airport.

Working Hours are 08.00-16.30 Monday-Friday.

Super pleased to announce we were awarded a Garmin Aviation Dealership on 7th July 2022!!

Insight Aviation are now part of the Garmin Aviation Dealer Network and ready to support Garmin products through installation, sales and support.

This is a project we've worked on with much determination for a long time so we are very proud of the award!

We are currently installing Frakes Exhausts, Blackhawk PT6A-42 Engine STC and Wing Lockers on this old lady Serial BB-194. Plenty of life in these old King Airs yet when given the right care and attention.

Add to the list another two freshly overhauled props from the guys at Brinkley Aerospace who always do a great job!

We are all looking forward to flying it and seeing how these modifications perform.

New Carpet, Leather Seat Covers, Seatbelts, Cabin and Cockpit USB Power Sockets, Sidewalls, Marble Vanity Top Finish. All work was completed to our own EASA Approved Modification Documents, with Fully Approved Materials.
A great end to a very busy 2016!
