Some plastic parts look simple… until you try to manufacture them perfectly 🙂

These samples are a great reminder of how many “small details” can quietly turn into major production challenges later:

❗ Warpage after assembly

❗ Sink marks near ribs

❗ Stress whitening on snap fits

❗ Uneven surface texture under lighting

❗ Transparent parts scratching too easily

Most of these issues don’t actually begin during moulding.

They usually start much earlier — with part structure, wall thickness balance, gate positioning, material choice, or tiny draft angle decisions that seem insignificant at first.

That’s why early DFM discussions are so important. 👀

A few hours spent reviewing details upfront can save weeks of tooling modifications and production delays later.
