We are a Northern Irish Energy Consultancy with over 20 years experience providing a comprehensive Energy Contract Price Management service to all types of commercial organisations in Northern and Southern Ireland and the UK. Our job is to provide you with a completely independent and impartial guide to the commercial energy market. Here at Energy Brokers NI, we understand it is difficult for any
busy business to know whether the prices they are paying are the best they can be paying. With constantly being bombarded with sales calls from the Energy companies claiming to be the cheapest and the best supplier for you it can be difficult to know who to choose! We also understand that if you deal directly with the Energy Companies in Northern Ireland they are great at offering you special introductory rates to get you on board. Inevitably these prices will end and it is what happens at that end of the contract which puts a lot of businesses off doing anything with their accounts. You see the Energy Companies cannot afford to supply all of their customers at their cheapest rates. You will either have gone onto their standard prices or even if they do offer you renewal rates, without you spending a day on the phone ringing round all the suppliers you are never going to know whether you are being offered a fair price or not. This is where we at Energy Brokers NI come in, we take the hassle out of the Commercial Energy market for our 100's of clients allowing them to concentrate on running their business, safe in the knowledge that we are making sure they are paying an appropriate rate for their Electricity with our price management service. The first step is completing the attached Letter of authority so that we can speak on your behalf. Then we conduct an initial assessment of your account to check your contractual status and whether there are any savings to be made immediately. If you are under a fixed term agreement with your current supplier we will diarise your details to call you and remind you prior to that contract ends. If we are able to negotiate a reduction then and there we will present the options to you to check over. If you are happy with any of the quotes we will either email or post the contracts to you to sign and return, whichever is the most convenient method for you. We cannot agree to anything on your behalf as all contracts have to be signed by the responsible person from your company. Once the contracts are agreed and in place, we then have a renewal reminder service whereby we will contact you 2-3 months prior to your renewal. In order for us to maintain the best prices for you, it is best to conduct this review each and every time your contract is due to end to make sure that your supplier does not become complacent and charge you more than what is available in the open market.
