Plas-Tech Thermoforming Ltd Established in 1994, Plas-Tech specialise in the thermoforming process, often referred to as vacuum forming.

We stay up-to-date with the latest technology and believe our technical and manufacturing capabilities are unrivalled. Plas-Tech operate from two factories in East Yorkshire, with 60 employees working in partnership with leading organisations across many market sectors. Our engineered thermoformed plastic components are manufactured to the highest standards, ensuring we continually satisfy our cus

tomers’ requirements. Our technical team is the best in the industry, offering guidance on product design and material selection. We work closely with leading material suppliers to develop our customers’ ideas. Tooling is produced in-house using CAD/CAM technology and multiple machining centres, producing high-quality tooling for vacuum forming and injection moulding. We can produce mouldings as large as 3.0m x 2.5m and trim them on modern 5-axis CNC machinery to provide high-quality finished components
