Happy New Year! 2023 saw us start work on our Kilham development and we’ve started to make some great progress, watch this space for images of the builds coming soon!

We visited our Kilham project again last week. The roof on Plot 3 is looking sharp, and the scaffolding’s down revealing the amazing Woodhouse Blend brickwork! The refurbishment of the existing barns has begun to form two dwellings; the character of these listed buildings is being retained by utilising as much of the existing structure and window openings as possible.

This development with includes six new-build properties, the retention and conversion of two listed brick barns, and the refurbishment of the Grade II listed farmhouse.

The considered design approach, choice of materials, and lower density, open site layout will result in a fantastic development with a distinct identity referencing the site’s rural heritage and its link to Kilham.

A closer look at the finished custom iron pergola with climbing roses at Lodge Farm. 🌹🌹🌹☀️

Although it doesn’t look like it, the top and bench is actually made from wood.

This will be amazing for hosting when the roses have fully grown.
