🔹 Conservation-Compliant Steel Window Installation

We recently completed the installation of new steel frame windows to replace the original units as part of a conservation-led upgrade. The new windows were designed and manufactured to precisely match the original profiles and RAL colour, ensuring full compliance with heritage requirements.

Enhanced with modern ironmongery, high-performance double glazing, and improved internal maintenance access, the replacement units provide significant functional and energy efficiency benefits while maintaining the building’s architectural integrity.

All high level works were undertaken by our IPAF certified tradesmen, scheduled during early morning hours to allow the building’s daily operations to continue uninterrupted.

The lattice system allowed for perfect levelling of the paving slabs even with the pitch of the flat roof below .
Rooftop paving was chosen as an alternative to composite or wooden decking due to its low maintenance and fire resistant properties .
A lattice or pedestal paving system can be the solution to many obsticals when a roof terrace is required on an existing flat roof that is structurally adequate.

Today we did the final handover of the keys to this project carried out in studley .
A tired commercial property was converted into a fresh 2 bed rental flat .
A new kitchen, family bathroom, and extensive work to comply with local building authority were carried out, upgrading all external walls and party walls to increase energy efficiency and reduce noise transfer .

We are nearing completion on one of our commercial sites where we have converted two properties into a children's nursery in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Completed ground floor remodel and extension on a Victorian property in Droitwich.
The walls were removed and the kitchen was relocated to create an open-plan living space with bifold doors to open up the house to the garden during the warmer months.
We also installed underfloor heating throughout and a small extension to give this property a compact utility and shower room that it really needed on the ground floor.

Finally finished with a few hold ups and 12,000 floor nails used , we are very pleased with how this reclaimed floor turned out providing a new acoustic barrier between the Ashcroft rehearsal room and the Swan Theater below in Stratford Upon Avon.
