The main responsibilities of this job are,

1). General Administration

Manage the helpdesk service ensuring all telephone calls are answered swiftly, and information is relayed to on-call engineers
Organise and deploy on-call staff to sites, liaising with customer and engineers for updates as required.
Maintenance of all databases records regarding live, pending and closed jobs
Management of the ‘helpdesk’ email
Competent with Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
Weekly collation of timesheets, expenses and entry of data into timesheet database, chasing employees for missing information
Production of issue of staff ID cards

Excellent holiday

This Job is a weekday 8:30 to 4:30

Office based in Droitwich Spa Worcestershire WR9.
