Sun room extension outside dromore completed. Customer wanted a little more footprint on the house and to take full advantage of the view of the Dromara hills at the back. To make it the most cost and time efficient they decided to go timber framed with a plaster finish. Turned out well and definitely a great add on to the bungalow. Good week put in by the boys getting this brute timbered out. 9x2 rafters 3 dormers and a big flat roof at the back. There was definitely no one complaining about the cold 😅. 🔨🔨. Get in touch for any upcoming projects we can help you with.

Complete transformation of the upstairs bedrooms in this bungalow outside dromore. Customer wanted more light and to take advantage of the view of the dromara mountains at the back of the house.
Steel ridge fitted and ceilings were raised to make rooms feel more spacious, as well as two large dormers on either end of the house with a big single pane window to let as much light in as possible.
Also upstairs was trimmed out with new doors and skirting as well as new carpet and repainted. Before and after pics below 🔨🔨
