Edgar had the privilege of delivering the boardroom and office fit-out for Volvo Belfast - a space designed to reflect professionalism, precision and the premium standards of the Volvo brand.

From the bespoke walnut boardroom table and integrated media wall to the clean-lined glass meeting rooms and carefully planned office flow, every detail was designed with both function and finish in mind.

The use of warm wood tones against crisp white walls creates balance and sophistication, while the soft furnishings, planting and branded features bring warmth and personality to what could otherwise be a purely corporate environment.

This project was about more than creating offices - it was about designing a space that feels calm, modern and built for meaningful conversations, client experience and day-to-day excellence.

Edgar had the privilege of delivering the fit-out for the impressive Volvo Belfast showroom - a project where architecture, functionality and customer experience had to work in complete harmony.

This space was designed to feel calm, premium and effortless, from the clean white reception desks and bespoke cabinetry to the warm timber slatted ceiling that brings depth, texture and architectural interest throughout the entire showroom.
The soft seating areas, integrated planting, feature lighting and hospitality zone were all carefully considered to create a welcoming environment that feels more like a luxury lounge than a traditional dealership. Every surface, angle and finish was selected to ensure the space flowed seamlessly for both customers and staff.

It’s these details that elevate a commercial space - not just how it looks, but how it feels.

For this project with the amazing home fragrance brand Field Day, our team designed and handcrafted bespoke birch wood display stands complete with metal frame detailing and integrated drawer storage - combining beautiful design with practical functionality for retail environments.

Every detail was carefully considered, from the craftsmanship of the joinery to the finish and flow of the customer experience, creating display units that not only elevated the brand visually but also worked hard in-store too.

To hear that the stands helped enhance the customer experience and contributed directly to increased sales means the world to our team.

This image shows the architectural details, from the positioning of the worktops to the warm walnut unit which breaks the clean white finish. To the lighting, the angles, the solid surfaces, to the stainless steel features. This contract was designed to fit and flow together seamlessly.
