Spotlight on: Battersby Hat Works, Offerton 🎩

A great scheme to see come to life in Stockport, bringing 144 new homes across a mix of restored Victorian factory buildings and new-build housing.

Once part of Stockport’s thriving hatting industry, the factory has been carefully brought back into use, with features like the iconic water tower still standing as a reminder of its past.

It’s a scheme that balances old and new really well, with the restored buildings sitting comfortably alongside the new homes, creating a neighbourhood that feels in keeping with the surrounding area.

We have been proud to sponsor the 🏉 Waterhead Warriors U11's 🏉 and be a part of the team’s journey this season

The team took part in the Leeds Rhinos Challenge in Skegness over the weekend of 16 - 17 May, playing an incredible seven games across two days. The boys delivered a fantastic performance, coming away with six wins against strong competition from clubs including Salford, St Helens, Batley, Bradford and Leeds 👏

Thanks to the sponsorship, the players also proudly wore a special one-off tournament shirt, featuring the company logo on the back, a great moment for both the team and supporter alike 💙

We really enjoyed working on the Parkmount scheme in Harpurhey 👏

Delivered alongside Mosscare St Vincent's Housing Group as part of Manchester City Council’s programme, the development brought much-needed affordable homes to the area on previously underused land.

A great team effort all round and one we’re proud to have been part of 🏡
