Nice chilled few days, sorting out some questionable wiring from the existing room & installing a new lighting circuit for the new JCC X50 Downlights, followed by boarding and Plastering then skirtings.

Happy to part of the Trust A Trader platform, its been hard finding all qualifications from over a decade ago and getting all documents up loaded to the app but we got there in the end,

Honestly seeing some online horror stories of tradesmen doing poor jobs or chancers that dont have a clue, I think for the genuine decent trades out there this is not a bad thing as it ensures the people on the platform have been vetted and had to show proof of active insurances in place.

In Denton this week overskimming 3 artex ceilings ( potentially containing asbestos) nothing was scraped or disturbed, just a coat of stabalizing solution then a further coat of pva before skimming and leaving it flat and smooth ready to be painted....
