A snippet of some of the projects we have completed over the last few months. Apologies for the lack of social media content.

As many of our customers are aware we lost a vital part of our wee team, the real boss, our beautiful Wife and Mum, Irene. Grateful to the team as always, but particularly for supporting with a heads down and work goes on approach.

Projects have encompassed extensions, garden rooms, garage conversions and kitchen re models, and our proverbial bi-fold doors (!) However, our largest scale project was a 40m squared extension at a Cala development. This project took 12 weeks from start to finish and the completion certificate was issued within the week.

Many thanks to Kit gas and George Sutherland Electrical. And thanks to all our clients for your support to not only the business but the Laing family.

This one was a special one, for clients of nearly 20 years, who decided to downsize and invest some time and creativity in their new home. We installed a new shaker kitchen with stunning solid surface worktops. A new utility room was also added with a huge amount of storage. Bedroom furniture was built in to maximise space and storage. A beautiful country home. All supplied with thanks, Howdens Dunbar and credit as always to Kit gas and Source Electrical Services

Always enjoy a re-model, but more so when it's for good friends. Removed the previous kitchen dining area, tiles and flooring to create a sleek, modern and functional family kitchen. New radiators installed and superb lighting really sets this kitchen off and highlights the clean lines and space. Thanks as ever to Kit gas Source Electrical Services and our team.

A project a long time in the making, completed just in time for Santa coming. Creating a link from the existing house to the garage, including a bespoke bar area, removing the entire gable end of garage, and extending outwards to create a larger family space. We opened up the home to the garden by installing stunning black powder coated aluminum sliding doors. In the existing house, the kitchen was remodelled from the back to the front of the house, opening up that aspect with a second set of sliding doors. New flooring and skirting were installed throughout the property, creating a contemporary and versatile space for this lovely family. A recent extension and reconfigure of an existing space. Removal of a tired and old 80's conservatory, replaced with a stunning abodo clad extension with large roof light and bi-fold doors. Removal of all walls from back and front of the property to open up a large spacious living area. New kitchen installed and new flooring throughout. The biggest part of this project was providing this family with a second bathroom, comprising a downstairs shower room. This involved the removal of existing timber floor, concrete and a hand dig to install new drainage and a water main.

Recent kitchen and dining extension completed. Stunning natural light throughout created by roof lights and wide bi-fold doors, resulting in an airy and open family space. Recently completed kitchen renovation, removing a wall between the kitchen and utility room, and installing steel work to open up the space creating a large and spacious kitchen. Love the contrast between the worktops which complements the subtle lighting. The excellent taste is all the clients!

Hard to believe this space was a courtyard 2 months ago. There now stands a beautiful addition to this family home, comprising separate living space for our clients lovely parents. Many thanks as always to our team, Stuart, Jamie and Lochlan, and our ever reliable trades, Kit gas Source Electrical Services and Robert Thomson, for the excellent painting and decorating. It's always lovely to see a project in its completion, but to see this family settled and together after a tough few months is an honour. Merry Christmas

Photos to follow...recent double garage conversion and renovation to existing downstairs area. Removal of 3 partition walls, 1 load bearing, to create a new and large kitchen window, to form a beautiful new kitchen, and breakfast area, a cosy snug and utility room. A new heating system was installed, with stunning soft lighting throughout. Solid real oak worktops are complimented by the new flooring.

It's been a pleasure to work with these lovely clients, both grafters for our NHS, and glad to have created a space for some well deserved relaxation.

Recent garage conversion, couple after my own heart renovating to accommodate a teenage family (!) Existing dining room was too small, so this garage conversion created a large dining area, with the added bonus of great light throughout, and the previous dining area became a family snug. To look at the facade of this house you would never know it wasn't part of the original build.

Garage conversion completed just before the holidays. We took the dividing wall away between the kitchen and the garage and refurbed the kitchen with new units and solid wooden worktops, to create a light and spacious kitchen-diner area. New flooring has transformed the room.
