Nice job commissioned and handed over to one of our loyal customers’ today in the West End’s Farington Terrace. Having looked after the 2 x gas boilers in their previous property, we were asked to carry out a full gut job on their new place.

Another one where we wish we had the before footage. We removed the old Ideal Mexico floor standing boiler & all the s**t that comes with a system of that age and installed a Worcester 8000+ 36kw combi, fresh 28mm gas run from the meter, a full copper repipe in 22mm with 15mm tails to all 13 Stelrad Softline rads and 3 towel tails. 12 year guarantee on boiler and a heating system designed to last generations.

4 years ago today we officially began trading 🎉

Bathroom remodel completed this week

The original non-functional new build bathroom with zero storage and a poor layout was completely stripped out. Internal walls were removed and rebuilt, allowing the layout to be redesigned from the ground up for both function and aesthetics.

Finished with full-height 600 × 1200 matte pink onyx tiles throughout, the space now features a double-ended Villeroy & Boch bath, a wall-hung GROHE toilet and a wall-mounted vanity unit with brushed brass detailing.

A Crosswater brushed brass towel rail was installed, along with a bespoke LED niche in the bath/shower area, under-vanity ambient LED lighting, and an LED mirror to complete the look.
