Recent A/C Heat pump system installation completed. This installation was done for a Gymnasium Workout Class Studio that had no Air-Conditioning or Heating.

This was a quick turn around for our customer, units & materials sourced and delivered within One week. Installation and Commissioning completed within Four days.

A recent Cooler installed & commissioned for a newly refurbished bar cellar. The existing cellar cooler was beyond economical repair.

On-going project started last week with the removal of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 2x outdoor VRV systems and 5x indoor systems.
These systems were beyond repair and it was recommended to replace all of the systems with new.

Installing new Mitsubishi 2x split systems and 1x twin split system to serve this busy office. More photos to follow once the project has come to a completion and handed over to the customer.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for MC HVAC and Refrigeration.

12 monthly PM’s & F-Gas checks on customers air-conditioning and heating systems.

Replace an indoor & outdoor unit for a customers air-conditioning and heating system in their home due to costly repairs required on their old system. It was cheaper to replace the system and also to now have a parts warranty.

Existing air-conditioning systems in a server room, the power supplies now connected to UPS for back up power if power supplies were to fail in the building.

Various surveys carried out for replacement systems.

Busy times ahead for MC HVAC and Refrigeration.

Recent maintenance visit carried out for a returning customer’s air-conditioning & heat pump systems, filter changes and HVAC system checks on a kitchen vent system. A bar’s cellar cooler refrigerant system repaired to bring the room temperature back down.

Recent work carried out for a returning customer, previous contractor not properly maintaining the close control A/C & humidity system in their laser plate room.

System now back online achieving correct temperature & humidity for the critical equipment in this room.

With the warm spell of weather continuing it is important to have regular maintenance of your A/C systems carried out.

Photos below to a recent call out to a data server room, condensate pump had failed causing water to pour out from the indoor unit.

New condensate pump sourced and fitted, another happy customer.

Recent maintenance visit at a customer’s premises. Maintenance visit required PM’s to be completed on all site Air-conditioning system’s, critical temperature & humidity close control system’s and ventilation air handling system’s.
Some follow on work and correctives to be completed due to some issues picked up from this maintenance visit.

Recent installation and system’s commissioned of 2x 10Kw outdoor and 2x indoor air-conditioning and heat pump system’s for a customer’s home.

We also used the Inoac trunking in white colour to contain the pipework, cables and drainage.

York rooftop package air handling unit was in urgent need of maintenance and several repairs to be carried out.

New fan belts installed, fan / motor pulleys aligned and building now has supply airflow.

Evaporator cooling coil was completely choked, coil cleaned and new filters installed.

Systems refrigerant circuits with no refrigerant gas, leak / pressure tested system, all leaks repaired, system achieved vacuum of 2 Torr and system regassed with virgin refrigerant gas. Cooling system now back online for customer for the warmer months ahead.
