This utility room in Tayport took some time and patience 😃

Unfortunately the walls had been tiled hiding all sorts of nasties and the plans didn't allow for everything to have new plasterboard installed.

Damage repairs and walls built out prior to being skimmed 👌

Ongoing renovation of an old farmhouse in Glenogivly.

This took a bit of work with a lot of prep before being able to go anywhere near it with plaster.

Property still had original lath and plaster ceilings and walls. Sections had to be removed and replaced with plasterboard, repairs with bonding, reinforcing various areas with render mesh etc. Then that staircase..

We got it done although this property still needs a fair amount of work.

Walls were stripped back to block work and once drying certificate issued we were good to go.

Stonework built up prior to skimming. Ceiling and walls skimmed along with sections of the hallway outside the WC.

Originally it was a living room reskim, coating over the artex ceiling along with sheeting the chimney breast that was previously wooden clad.

That all went great although the client got in touch again as the plan of installing a wood burner evolved into a media wall 😄

Looks the business now. So along with their new kitchen thats recently been installed the property has been given a fresh modern update 👍🔥

Kitchen renovation in Tayport this week. Two bedrooms knocked into one larger room to create open plan kitchen and dining area.

Lot of bonding on this one to recreate the two damaged wall corners from entrance hallway to kitchen. Due to the exsisting bedroom walls being demolished and a new steel being installed there was a fair amount of prep prior to plaster. All good in the end though 👌
