From 27th October 2025 in England, and according to current government announcements, also from March 2026 in Scotland, landlords will be required to quickly respond to issues of moisture and mold.

➡️ For repairs: 5 working days
➡️ In emergency cases: up to 24 hours!
It’s important to note that the details for Scotland may change as the government finalizes the regulations, so staying updated is key.
