Old conservatory taken down and replaced with a stunning single storey extension finished outside with black annstone and an Indian sandstone patio. Inside we raised the lintels to open up the space between the living room and extension. This one was designed by LTJ Architecture

This custom media wall brings everything together — a stunning feature fireplace, perfectly integrated TV, and soft ambient lighting that transforms the whole space. The clean lines and recessed shelving create a minimalist look while still giving plenty of room to showcase personal touches. Thanks again to our friends .atd for a superb job as usual.

Apprentices start young here at Innovation Joinery

This is one we have been very excited to share. We remove an old sunroom and replaced it with this stunning flat roof extension. Externally the build was finished with floor to ceiling windows and bifold doors allowing maximum light into this space. K-rend on the block work and a very nice Siberian larch giving it a softer more detailed look. Inside was a full renovation from walls coming down to new kitchens, shower room, boot room and then oak herringbone to the floor just finished this spectacular project. This one was designed by Andrew Allan Architecture Ltd outstanding as usual.

Recently completed single story extension to the rear of this property, comprising of an open plan living area with a stunning Küchehaus kitchen and utility with a cozy reading snug. All windows and doors were installed with grey anti-sun glass with uv protection. This one was designed by Andrew Allan Architecture Ltd

Single story extension with new kitchen, shower room living space and utility. Makes a huge difference to this property with bigger kitchen and now an extra bathroom and plenty more room the kids to run around

Busy busy just now. Another 2 foundations done and ready for Chris our brickie to make a start. Thanks again to B.Duffy Groundworks LTD any groundwork’s needing done we wouldn’t go anywhere else
