Screenpod Design & Manufacturing is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and marketing operations within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.

This is a key support role requiring a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain high standards of accuracy, and contribute to both commercial and creative functions of the business.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the sales process, managing customer interactions, and contributing to the development and delivery of marketing content. This position requires a balance of administrative efficiency, communication skills, and creative capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to incoming customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare accurate quotations in collaboration with the engineering team
- Coordinate internal sales processes and ensure smooth communication across departments
- Maintain and update sales records and documentation systems
- Develop and create marketing materials, including digital content and visuals
- Support the planning and ex*****on of exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all marketing platforms

Candidate Requirements

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to work

Desirable (but not essential)

- Previous experience in a sales support, marketing, or administrative role
- Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
